Drink before youīre thirsty. Your body is the best canteen. If running out of water is an issue, donīt urinate, you need to keep all the moisture you can. If actually dying of thirst, donīt eat, as digestion consumes more fluids. You can go maybe 3 days without water, assuming no activity. You can live over a week without food.
